I had the pleasure of photographing Mama Kelly this month who is an absolutely gorgeous expecting mama. She is as cute as could be & expecting her first baby boy! With long blonde hair & the sweetest baby bump, I knew this session was going to be so beautiful from the start. Kelly picked a variety of maternity dresses from our client closet & rocked every. single. look. Although she looked amazing in everything she put on, I was absolutely blown away by our green mermaid style dress on her from our maternity client closet (named "Hillary Hunter" if you'd like to look it up). From the dress selections to our professional hair & makeup team, the WOWS just kept coming from all of us ladies in the studio!

As we captured all of Kelly's gorgeous solo shots, the maternity session took an even more heartwarming turn when Dad joined in. The love and connection between these two were undeniable. Their infatuation for each other shone through in every photograph, and it was refreshing to see such a deeply in love couple enjoying every moment of their journey to parenthood. My assistant Megan was even gushing afterwards about how in love these two were. It was almost infectious in a way & made us all feel a bit of happiness.

That being said, during pregnancy sessions we put in extra effort to perfect every pose, ensuring that each shot reflects the beauty & love of this special time. It can be time consuming & a bit of a workout for both me & the client haha. Dad noticed all our hard work & his kindness went on full display. He dashed across the street to Martins Deli and returned with a delightful spread of drinks, sandwiches, cookies, and desserts for everyone. It was an unforgettable gesture that added a touch of warmth & camaraderie to the day.

Expecting Mother & Father

Kelly and her partner were amazing to work with, and we are so grateful to welcome them into the Ity Bity Family. Their love, kindness, and excitement made this session truly memorable. We can't wait to welcome them back through our doors in just a few short weeks, this time with their precious baby boy in tow. It will be a joy to see their little cutie they have created out of love.
